Add Media doesn't work

    my add media does nothing when I try to use it

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello!
    Couple options:
    1.If you are in the new editor, try going through the dashboard–>add media. If you are in the new editor interface, click on the top-left, go to sites, and click on the site’s dashboard in question.
    2. Consider trying a different browser and/or making sure you have an updated browser.

    It will show you in Green if you have an updated browser.
    3. If you are uploading from a tablet or a phone try switching to a laptop. Consider also restarting the laptop.

    Couple notes
    1. Make sure you have enough space to upload the media. You can purchase more space via the space upgrade.
    2. If you are uploading pictures ensure that they are gifs, png, or jpgs.
    3. If you are uploading video you may need a VideoPress add on.
