Add Media Library’s Files

    I would like to add media library’s file images to my new blog, I do not want to use the export/import features as it duplicates a lot of my images on the new library. I do not know why it duplicates every images on my new library when I imported an updated XML file. I’m insane, there’s like no one can solve this problem, because when this library isn’t messed up duplicated, the HTTP error will not show up. I contacted support, they only said I have to update my flash version. I have updated, still it doesn’t work. I want to find out the best solution in solving this HTTP problem, it stucked here for already 3 days, I still can’t upload any images on a post. Please help!!

    If you haven’t tried thes troubleshooting techniques then I suggest that you do and see if one of them works for you.

    I’m currently using firefox browser.

    @timethief I have cleared out all cookies and caches, all sort of thing but it still show up the HTTP error when uploading images. I updated to the latest version of the browser I’m using, I will try to use IE if that works. But I usually edit post on Firefox, why it isn’t working on this browser anymore, although I always use it beforehand.

    Thanks for your help, but please..I like using Firefox other than IE? I tried using IE to upload an image, but when it finished uploading, there’s a message, it says:

    Security Warning – “Do you want to view only the webpage that will not be delivered using a secure HTTPS connection, which could compromise the security of the entire webpage.”

    What should I do? Should I click Yes or No. What does it mean?
    and, What is the main problem that firefox isn’t working right now?

    I already solved the HTTPS error. I want to ask if I can import only media lib. files on a blog to another new blog. Because I do not want to use the import attachment function, it duplicates a lot of images.

    If you have images uploaded in one blog here and you want them in another the easiest thing to do is just link directly to the original images. There is no way to copy, sorry.
