add media not working

  I just started a blog on wordpress and it is a fight and a half!! I’m exhausted I just spent the last 2 hours switching themes to see if it would make my Add Media button work. My version of WP can’t be the problem as I only just started using it so why is it not working? I’m ready to give up!

  everyone says wordpress is better, but I guess that’s only if you have a few $100s and a programmer to boot!

  I’m not a tech savvy person but I’m not completely useless either. what is wrong!?!?

  ps. my blog is not all about pictures but having one here and there is important!

  I’m using Firefox as it’s the only one that works with relatively decent speed on my computer… and version of what and where can I find it?

  And what operating system do you have? If it’s outdated, you can’t expect ANY web applications to work.

  yes the add media button on my post page is not working i click it and it does nothing

  We had an issue last week with the Add Media button, but that issue should be resolved.

  If it’s still not functioning properly for you, please make sure you have third-party cookies enabled in your browser: http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/

  Also, please try logging out of WordPress.com, clearing your browser cache, and then logging back in.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache-and-cookies

  You might also try a different browser such as Chrome to see if it’s working there.

  If it still isn’t working after you’ve tried those things, or if it works in Chrome but still doesn’t work in Firefox, please let me know.
