Add media, poll, contact form, and location bar blocks my writing tools

    The add media, poll, contact form, and location bar moves with me as I scroll down the page and when I’m at the top of the page, it blocks my writing tools by appearing on top of those. The only way I can get it to move is by going back and forth from visual to text. Very frustrating! Can you help me stop this from happening? Can the add media bar be locked in place so it doesn’t follow me as I scroll down the page?
