I’m also having issues with Add Media. I was able to edit the About page, but when I click on Add Media nothing happens. I tried going through the media tab and attached the picture to the About page from there but it doesn’t seem to have done anything.

Mine still doesn’t do anything? Did they give you a fix or did yours just magically start working again?
-
No fix and no contact with WP… I guess it was magic??????
Good Luck, try posting your own request, maybe they read them??? -

1. Browser in ie10
2. Compat mode is gray
3. Cleared cache – I think hardtop find where it is
4. This one was confusing for ie10 what little box should be unchecked or checked?
5. Also confusing -Enable 3rd party cookie – what box?
6. No java but not sure want it in ie10?still no add media or use of settings
I think this fix is above my pay grade… frustrated

Hi thombradley and geekonadiet,
Two questions for both of you.
1) Are you still having issues with the Add Media button?
2) Which ISP are you using?
-
1. I switched to chrome and WP works well
2. IE10 does not work also cannot use settings either
3. Keeping both ISPs on laptop with hopes that IE10 can be fixed not sure I want to learn “chrome” -
I use Mozilla Firefox 23. I tried Chrome this morning and still couldn’t get it to work.
