Add Media Window in Firefox or Chrome
-
Since few weeks ago, I can’t add media content from firefox or chrome. When I edit a post and click on the add image button the screen on the navigator seems gray but nothing happens. I can only add media from internet explorer. Why this issue?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Try logging out, clear the browser cache and cookies, restart the browser and then try again. For some that has fixed the problem. For others though, the problem has remained.

Have you tried alternate browsers to see if it is related to a certain browser?
What browser and browser version are you using?

Doesn’t work either with Chrome or IE8 or IE9, on XP or Windows 7
Chrome 16.0.912.63 m
IE8 8.0.6001.18702
IE9 9.0.8112.16421, with updates version 9.0.4Any tips waht I can do? Right now I’m copying HTML code if I want to re-use media in a posting.

How are you connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com? The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers. It sounds like there could be a problem with your ISP. Can you access any of these directly?
