Add media/add poll not working

  Having trouble with a new blog I set up – while the ‘Add Contact Form’ feature works, I can’t add media, or a poll. This happens in both Chrome and Firefox. Both are up-to-date versions, have previously tried a number of solutions such as clearing the cache, clearing cookies, ensuring javascript and cookies are enabled, updating flash etc. Still nothing.

  On Chrome, however, ‘javascript;’ appears at the bottom of the screen for about a second before it disappears.

  For all with issues, if you could report any JS console errors to me in this thread that would be great.

  In Chrome, right-click anywhere on the page and click “Inspect Element”, then choose the “Console” tab on the window that opens. Errors would be listed there.

  In Firefox, you can find it via the Tools->Web Developers->Web Console option. ( Screenshot: https://cloudup.com/cDgaTFLKDjl ).
