    How do I add a mp3 file link?

    – Add Media
    – Click mp3 file but only option is to insert file to play. INSTEAD I want to insert a file link for it to open in another window; or so someone can use the link to feed into another site or computer.

    Previous version gave this option.

    The option is still there. Go to Add Media. Choose the mp3 you wish to insert. Now take a look near the bottom of the Attachment Detail sidebar and above the Insert into post bottom there is an option called Attachment Display settings. Click Embedd or Link and choose Link to Media File, then Insert into Post button.
