Add multiple posts under each menu

Hi. I’m struggling to see the difference between a page and a post. I thought I created a menu for my blog, with different labes (e.g. Home, Welcome, Meet the Staff etc). Now I want to add different posts, under each section. How do I do that? Have I done it all wrong?

  • Hi there,

To have different posts appear under different menu items, you’ll need to assign your posts to categories. Then you add those categories directly to the menu – you don’t need to use static pages for this:

Posts and pages are for different types of content – posts appear in your newsfeed (or feeds), and are meant for content you update regularly. People can subscribe to be notified every time you publish a new post.

Pages are meant for more permanent content, like an about page or a contact page. Subscribers to your site are not notified of new pages you publish.

    Pages vs. Posts
