Add music player

  Hi there,

  Seems like the music player widget isn’t working. Can’t really explain much about it. When I go to choose a song, nothing happens. I just click the button and no options come up to choose a song. I tried opening up Windows Explorer manually and dragging and dropping a song; That doesn’t work either. Even tried uploading it from the widgets page, but that doesn’t work.

  Is it because I’m trying to upload an MP3 file? And if so, what type of file/music player am I supposed to use?

  Adding audio requires a space upgrade purchase. Please see here:

  Hi Trula,

  As timethief mentioned, you’ll need to add storage space to your blog to upload audio files and use that music player widget. You can add storage space from the Store page in your site’s dashboard here:

  https://trulaboldlygoes.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php

  If you’d rather not do that, you can also embed music that’s uploaded to other sites like Soundcloud or Audiomack. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
