It’s not currently possible to register .hk domains on WordPress.com. However, you can purchase the domain elsewhere and use domain mapping to connect it to your WordPress.com site:

Custom domains are a feature of all paid plans — Personal, Premium and Business. Each plan includes a domain credit which can be used to either map a domain you already own, or register a new one.

Third-party ad networks aren’t supported here on WordPress.com but you could join WordAds. WordAds is the official WordPress.com advertising program:
The Premium plan would give you automatic access to the WordAds program, which means you could set up ads on your site straight away.

You can set the language for your site at My Site ->Settings, and you can write in any language you want. We use web fonts that should support most languages, but you can also change the font in the Customizer if the font in your theme does not work well with the language.
