How do I do this in WordPress ? I have tried to find out but no solution.. Thanks in advance :)

We cannot enter links into the widget itself. The Links widget merely displays the links we enter in our dashboard “Links”. We enter a new link this way > http://en.support.wordpress.com/blogroll/add-a-blogroll-link/
Be aware that if you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the site any and all widgets can be added or removed here
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php
Simply replace NAME_OF_Blog with the actual name of your blog in that URL.
Also, note that widgets have visibility settings that determine which pages they will be displayed on. See: Widget Visibility https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/#widget-visibility

Thanks so far.. It takes time for me to get through all the explanations, It seems like I have problems With a free account. I filled in all in this page,but there was no “add link” button.. I will og through the rest of Your help to Morrow.
