Add my personal e-mail on Outlook

  Hello,

  I have bought my domain at the end of July and created an personal e-mail which is (email visible only to moderators and staff) that I’ve created from my main e-mail (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I waned to add my personal e-mail on Outlook, which is with Office 365, but I couldn’t. A representative from Microsoft tried to help & told I need the SERVER SETTINGS, which are THE ACCOUNT TYPE. POP or IMAP, the INCOMING MAIL SERVER & the OUTGOING MAIL SERVER (SMTP) & the LOGON INFORMATION. So the representative from Microsoft told to contact my ISP which my INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER to get the information, & guess what, they told I had to contact YOU GUYS to get the INFORMATION.

  Can you please, please help so I can do it by myself & yes, I’ve checked the F….. forum & the support, nothing has help.

  First, let’s clear up some confusion: WordPress.com isn’t an ISP, nor do we provide email services.

  I need the SERVER SETTINGS, which are THE ACCOUNT TYPE. POP or IMAP, the INCOMING MAIL SERVER & the OUTGOING MAIL SERVER (SMTP) & the LOGON INFORMATION.

  We aren’t able to offer that information, since we don’t provide email service directly.

  On the other hand, we can help you connect an email on a custom domain to a third-party email service. Here are some instructions for popular email services: Add Email.
