  I have made one post. Now how can I export it to wordpress that the users can find it in searching google or how it can be added to other tags which are related to my post.

  http://gu.wordpress.com/tag/national/

  In order for you to be associated with other tag or category pages, it is necessary for you to use other tags and categories. Don’t use more than a combination of 12, or you risk getting dropped from those global pages.

  How can I use other tags and Cateogies for my posts which are there or which I will wrtie in future?

  And why it is like http://gu.wordpress.com/tag/national/

  I have seen a blog http://wordpress.com/tag/national/

  Why the “gu ” before wordpress.com is there? Any reason?

  And suppose I am a normal user not the member of wordpress, then how can I find the blog I just wrote?

  What are your language settings? If you have none selected, I believe you go into global. if you have English selected, you probably do.

  To add tags and categories, just edit the post and type some more on the appropriate boxes.

  If you are a normal member of WordPress, you’re supposed to know where your blog is. There is also a very long thread in Off Topic where people can post direct links to the posts they wrote today.
