Add my self-hosted site to wordpress.com for easy access

    I just bought a hosting service and a domain and want to add it to the “my blog” tab where my wordpress.com sites are sitting, so they can all be accessible in one spot. This site is a wordpress.org site but I have done this before but cannot remember how I got it up there. Adding a domain only wants me to choose a free one, buy another one, or map it pay for it.
    The blog selected below is my free one and the new one through self-hosting on wordpress.org is expectingsurprises.com – I want that accessible through wordpress.com
