"Add New" button for uploading themes is not visiable

  I am trying to upload a theme that I downloaded in the form of a .zip file. All the instructions I’ve seen suggest I go to themes > add new. I’ve seen screen shots of what the button looks like and its location. However, the button is not on my screen. Any help would be greatly appreciated

  Please note that themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
