add new button missing！！！！

  Hi，the ”add new“ button under appearance-theme missing！if that means i cant upload theme？do i need upgrade my wordpress website to get the add new theme function ？

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  “Add New” button feature under appearance-theme section is only available to Business Plan user. This plan allows you to add a custom theme. It allows to purchase a theme from elsewhere and use it for your WordPress site.
