Add new domain name

    Hi ,
    I added recently a new domain name ” ARTBYFLO.COM” that I bought at Go Daddy in addition to the existing ART-BY-FLO.COM that I already owned.
    I followed the procedure and paid for a extra 13 USD . As of today I can’t access any of the 2 URL.
    Can you please tell me if I done something wrong?
    And can you confirm that people will be able to access my website both through artbyflo.com and through Art-by-Flo.com?

    Hi Florence!

    I see that you set your Primary Domain to: art-by-flo.com and it is pointing to your WordPress.com site as seen here:

    However, the second domain you added: artbyflo.com was added to your account, but the nameservers are not set to us at WordPress.com as seen here:

    http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/results.jsp?domain=artbyflo.com

    It is currently set to:

    ns47.domaincontrol.com
    ns48.domaincontrol.com

    Please go to your domain registrar’s site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:

    • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    Once you set that it will point to your WordPress.com site. If you want your Primary Domain set to artbyflo.com, please go to Store > My Domains in your Dashboard.
