Add New Email User

  I have been attempting to add a new email user but continue to get bounced around. How can I add a new user. Bluehost says they would have to have it transferred to them (never knew it left). Google Admin says I have to contact my reseller. WordPress says I cannot do it. HELP!

  Hey there –

  Let’s take a step back and try to minimize some of the confusion that I think is circulating this request.
  
  First, can you let me know if you’re trying to add a custom email solution to your domain? Example: (email visible only to moderators and staff) -OR- are you trying to add an email to your subscribers for the site?
  
  Looking at the account I can see that you purchased Google Workspace Business Starter (for bakersview.com) and that this does not expire until 2024-03-11. There’s still a domain connection in place for bakersview.com, too.
  
  The domain itself, bakersview.com is registered through BlueHost. You are also hosting your domain through BlueHost at this time.

  How do you want to be set up? Are you comfortable with managing your own WordPress installation through Bluehost? It’s much heavier and hands on then letting us host your site on a managed environment, where our team does that heavy lifting.

  This means that we handle all the back end details of the site. Things like back ups, updates, security, spam, seo, ssl, mobile optimization, top notch hosting specs, and sorting out any errors or bugs that pop up along the way. When you run a stand alone WordPress installation, like what y’all have set up, then all of those details fall on to you – so instead of being able to focus on content you spend a ton of time and frustration fixing these sort of issues.
  
  We don’t want to participate in giving you the run around like what has been experienced between Google and BlueHost. Once we know your exactly goals then we can help lay out a plan forward for you to get this all squared away.
