Add-New from Appearance disappeared

  I cannot find ‘Add Theme’ / ‘Add New’ on the menu. Why was it removed or, where can I find it? I want to add a theme downloaded.

  Or, please advise if WordPress still carries the theme ‘Enfold’

  Themes

  No upgrade on WordPress.com will allow you to upload a 3rd party theme. The Custom Design upgrade, which is part of the Premium or Business bundles, allows you to use CSS and some custom design tools to change the appearance of any of the existing 350+ themes found here https://theme.wordpress.com/

  If you purchased a 3rd party theme to use on WordPress.com, you will want to request a refund from the theme author.

  Since you say “disappeared,” I don’t wonder if you are talking about a site using the WP standalone software hosted somewhere else. If so, you’ll want to log in to your own self-hosted site to manage its theme.
