Add new media button doesn’t respond

  I’m trying to add new media from my computer to my blog, and every time I try to add new media, the button doesn’t respond, it just simply stays on the already uploaded media page!! Can someone help me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, which editor are you using? Are you using Gutenberg (the block editor), the Classic Editor, or the WordPress.com/Calypso interface?

  @torres126 i’m not sure, just the default editor on the WP site? sorry i’m new to WP i have to do it for uni

  No problem, would you be able to provide the URL in your address bar when writing a post, or a screenshot? Either is fine, but it means we can work out which editor you’re using. :)
