Add new media is not working

    Hi,
    I am trying to add a new media file. But, when I click “Media” -> ‘Add new’ from the left hand side, I get the media library first and if I go to the “Add New” button at the top of that page, I get the “Whoops, there was a small error” message.
    I have tried it with explorer 6 and also with chrome. None of them are working.
    Could you please check what’s going wrong?

    Hi verix44 ,

    We no longer offer support for IE 6, and it is likely that you will experience diminished functionality on WordPress.com as well as many other websites if you use an outdated browser. Please upgrade your browser to a newer version of IE.

    Which version of Chrome are you using? If that too is an older version, please upgrade and let me know if that resolves your issue.
