  new add button not showing on theme and plugin option .i can’t upload free theme and plugin

  Hi there,

  What website are you referring to?
  On WordPress.com there is no button “Add New” for Themes. At https://wordpress.com/themes you have to scroll down until you see “Show all themes”, then look for a theme , “Try & Customize” it and activate as described here: https://wordpress.com/support/themes/.
  Same for plugins, but you have to have Business plan to be able to install plugins and upload custom themes.
