    Hello there,

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    This site isn’t hosted with WordPress.com so our support overall is limited in this instance, but if it were hosted with WordPress.com, security is already taken care of and so you would not get this error message.

    To explain, there’s two types of WordPress. The first is WordPress.com, where we provide daily backups, automatic updates, a 24/7 support service and an optimised version of WordPress. The second is self-hosted WordPress, where the free open source version of the software is installed onto a server.

    It’s possible to migrate the site over to WordPress using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan.
