  Hello,

  I just started a site: asmevv.wordpress.com

  from the dashboard i’m unable to ‘add new’ plugin. i’d like to active the discussion board plugin that i downloaded.

  All available plugins on WordPress.com are already built in and you don’t have the option to install third-party plugins here.
