add new post, missing ‘update’ etc

  when I go to add a new post, there is no “Upload” button visable. There is also no “Catagory” & tags” viewable. I did select “screen view which should simply check mark what i want visable, but still it does not show. 500 posts & this is the first time it did this. Anyone know what to do or how to fix. Cannot upload new posts, no button to upload.
