  Hi, I was trying to add a new website to my account, but for some reason I can’t get past the step 4 domain screen. I was going to have a .wordpress.com domain. Why can’t I get past this screen?

  Hi @rinirodgers, that’s odd! What happens on that screen? Is it totally blank or is there an error, or is something else happening?

  If possible, make a screenshot of what you see. Here’s how:

  Then upload it to your media library, Cloudup, or some other service and send us a link.
