add new site to my profile

  Good afternoon – I am one of two people building a site for our High School Chorus. My friend has already built part of it, but wants me to log on and add pages/tabs to it for more information. I already have my own WordPress account and I cannot figure out how to add this new site to my profile so that I can post and make changes. I have all the login information, but I can’t figure out where to input it. HELP!
