add new theme

  Hi,

  I have blog ( girijayasentosa.com) and I already install customisation theme.
  My question is , its different ya ? coz in my blog wp free (http://fraudmanagement.wordpress.com ) I login to Wp-admin -appreance -theme
  but I dont find button “add new” for theme , so I can upload from my computer local folder.
