Add new theme

How can I add a new theme ? I have a theme for themeforrest that I would like to import in WordPress, but I don’t have the “add new” that everybody is talking about… Help… :-)

You are not clear on the differences between WordPress.com free hosted blogs and WordPress.ORG installs. Pl;ease read
http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot create child themes or our own themes or edit templates.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/If you have CSS editing experience, you can get the paid custom CSS upgrade and renew it annually. It will allow you to stylize the appearance of themes you find here > Appearance > Themes, but it does not allow you to change the functionality, by editing the underlying template. It does not allow you to remove footer links to the theme designer or to wordpress.com. Also note that CSS is theme specific, so you cannot use the CSS stylesheets from other themes with the themes here at wordpress.COM.

The only themes you can use on a free hosted WordPress.com blog are those found here > Appearance > Themes and showcased here > http://wordpress.com/themes/
