  I wanna add new theme because i dont like your themes.I wanna use my theme.

  Howdy dimitarrangelov!
  You can add Custom Themes using the appearance feature, to be able to do so, you need to be a WordPress Business Plan user, also you get access to Live Chat as a privilged user.
