  Hello , when I click on button for upload for theme it`s show me : The errors above must be resolved before proceeding. Have questions? Please contact support.
  Please help .. Can I add a new theme when I am with free plan ? Must I upgrade it ?

  Note that the free or Premium themes available to activate if you have a free WordPress.com site are found at: https://wordpress.com/themes
  Any other themes you find on the Interweb are designed for sites hosted elsewhere that use the WordPress.org software. They can be made to work here but only if you upgrade to a WordPress.com Business plan.
