Add new theme button doesn’t show?

    I am trying to upload a theme I have downloaded to use on my site. All the tutorials say to go to ‘Appearance’ > ‘Themes’ and that there will be an ‘Add New’ button at the top next to ‘Themes’. It’s not there for me? How do I get to it/ add my theme?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
