"Add new" (theme) button doesn't show up!

  I bought a theme created my bran new blog and before starting with the content wanted to upload the theme. But there is no option for that. The good old “add new” button doesn’t show up , the thumbnail nighter. I’ve been digging for two hours now trying to find it somewhere.
  Please help!
