Add New Theme button missing

  I am trying to host my wordpress on my godaddy account. I have purchased a theme and uploaded it to my domain but when I go into wordpress, I am unable to see the add new theme button.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We provide support only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs. That site is not one of them and you are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
