Add new theme to wordpress hosted blog?

I am trying to use a theme that is available in the wordpress directory: http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/typograph
It is not, however, available in the themes section of the administrator panel. The blog is hosted on wordpress.com, so I cannot simply download it and add it on my server. Is there a way to make this happen? Or do I have to move the hosting for the blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

True. the search isn’t the world’s greatest. You can always try clicking on a tag in the sidebar of the forum, too.
