"Add new" / Themes

  Hi
  I do not have the “add new”(ajouter) button next to themes and the number of theme at the left top of my screen. I can’t find the “plugins”(extensions) on the left menu. I don’t know why ?
  Please help ,

  Hi there. The reason you can’t find those options is because they don’t exist.

  We can’t use plugins on WordPress.com and there is no upgrade that will give you this ability: http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  Likewise it is not possible to install custom themes. You can only use one of the themes appearing in the themes gallery. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/

  If you want to use plugins and third-party themes you’ll need to buy your own domain and hosting and set up a site using the WordPress.org software: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
