Add new URL to my Jetpack account

    I purchased the backup feature from Bluehost for xyz.com. It’s not working. The URL in my account shows only abc.com. I can’t add the other URL to link my purchase from Bluehost. What should I do?

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Unknown

    Hi there:

    I purchased the backup feature from Bluehost for xyz.com. It’s not working.

    I think there’s some confusion here. There are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

    If you have problems with your backup solution you bought through Bluehost (who is also your hosting provider) you should contact them for help:
