Add new user

  I dont have a menu item to add a new user. My blog is set to private, but I was under the impression I could invite up to 35 people.

  Any suggestions?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can add new users by their WordPress.com username to the box at Settings > Privacy in your dashboard.

  yeah, I am also unable to see Add new user in user option. how to enable new user option? please anyone could give me a suggestion? thank you.

  I can see the change but I think it is still only asking people to join wordpress, not to become a user of my blog
