add new user

  I have previously invited a user as a contributor for my WP site. She is now unable to access with her original log in.
  She has described this:
  Thanks for adding the meta widget. When I connected into the blog the 1st time, it was because my own WordPress blog was still live. However now it has been disabled I have not login details to access my own blog which allowed me to login to yours. In order for me to do so I would need login details from yourself.

  Do I just invite her again?

  Please help.

  Hi there. She need to log in to her WordPress.com account. It doesn’t matter if she still has her own blog or not, as you invited her username account. She has to log in to that account, then your blog should also appear on her My Blogs page, or she can use the direct link to your dashboard once logged in: http://beautybyzara.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  If she has lost the login details to her account, she needs to use the account recovery options here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ or register a new username account with a different email address. If she registers a new account you’ll have to invite that account instead.
