Add next/ previous pages

    It looks like WordPress is infinite scroll happy. How can I add next/ previous posts to the bottom of my blog? I already disabled infinite scroll and configured my blog to show the 4 newest posts. However, I still don’t have the next/ previous posts. Some of the previews showcase what I am looking for, yet if I active those themes, I don’t get what I want.

    When you scroll all the way down, her blog has the newer posts and older posts links that I want.

    I appreciate your help. I know how to navigate WordPress but am still new to CSS and coding. I am hoping this is an easy fix and won’t require coding.
