Add one post for more than one language

  I have a 10 language wordpress blog. Some english posts should also be visible for other languages. Is there a plugin for a button which copies the english post to other languages?
  Otherwise I have to copy each post 9 times. Hope to hear from anybody who already solved this problem.

  We cannot use plugins at wordpress.com. As far as I know it would have to be copy and paste.
