    How do I add a Op-in invitation to a heading–readers exchange an email address in order to receive a free offering such as an ebook? How do I add a scheduling page for folks who may want to consult with me? Do I purchase the custom package or what? I don’t know CSS and am uncertain that it would be worth taking the time to master.

    Howdy,

    My suggestion would be to create two new pages—one for the invitation and the other for the scheduling page. (More info on pages)

    On both pages, add a Contact Form with the information you’ll need to collect.

    In both cases, the information will be sent to you by e-mail and stored in the Feedback (left-side menu) of your Dashboard.

    To add links to each in your header, add the new pages to your Custom Menu found in Appearance->Menus (More about Menus).
