Add optimizePress to my actual blog wordpress?

  Hello, I have my blog (www.reseaumondialadoptionetabandon.com with you and I would like to add the theme OptimizePress but I don’t know how to do it? Can you help me? Actually I have the theme Ocean Mist. I don’t want to loose everything I built on? Is it possible?

  WordPress.com does not allow theme uploads:

  Themes

  You would need a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software to accomplish this.
