Add Page

    Good morning, folks…

    Yesterday, I signed up for the FREE offering and began building a webpage. In doing so, I successfully created (2) pages. This morning, I tried to create yet another new page and it is was created as a post instead. After multiple attempts of doing this (clicking Add next to Pages), I feel confident that I am going about it the right way… but can’t understand why it isn’t working.

    Thoughts?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I answered my own question.

    Apparently, there is a linking issue with the Pages Add button, in the Publish section, of the left column. When selecting Drafts and selecting the Start a Page button, I got the result that I was hoping for.

    I tried testing the buttons on the left, and the pages one worked for me. I’m interested to track down the problem though. Can you describe for me exactly which button you clicked that led to the wrong thing?

    I have the same problem. How do you fix it?

    I thought that by buying the Premium plan will do it but I still have the problem of what ever I add a page it takes the place of a previous post.
    Still the same page. I can add a link but I can’t add a page in the tabs of my menu. How can I do this?

    zatorres…

    Rather than clicking on the Add button (beside Pages), click on Pages. Atop this page, you will see (3) links (Published, Drafts, and Trash). Click Drafts. Here, you can click on the Start a Page button… and actually create a new Page (rather than a Post).

    @perrymillsupply, here is a test i just did, is this the button you are having trouble with?

    @designsimply

    As of this morning, I can verify your results. I have no explanation as to why I couldn’t yesterday… but it seems that I was not alone, with this issue.

    Thank you for your efforts and follow-thru!
