  -Sorry for what is probably a stupid question

  I wanna add a links page to my site, but when I try to all I get is a new blog post, I want another page like my about page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s not a stupid question at all! All you’ll need to do is follow this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/. That will tell you how to create a page and much more!
