Add panel to home page

I would like to know how can I add new panel to the home page. Till now I have just the “home” and “products” but I would like to add “colours” and “contact”.

Are you trying to create Pages and then add them into a custom menu?

I have another question, I am creating the website http://www.microcemento.it with the Affinity theme and I noticed that in the gallery option there is not the possibility to create a mosaic with the pictures. Could you help me?

That site is not on WordPress.COM servers and you cannot get support for it here. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, passwords support docs and support forums, and many people get confused about the two.

You can get that option by installing the Jetpack plugin and activating the Tiled Galleries module.
