Add Payment Method

    I have a problem with adding a Payment Method. The following error occurs after entering the card information:

    ‘Error authorizing credit card. Please Contact Support quoting error HYTFSI.’

    I am using a Mastercard that has already been used to charge online international payments.

    I kindly ask you’re assistance.

    Hi, our forums staff and volunteers can’t help with this. But you should see a message saying your purchases are disabled, and “contact us” will be underlined because it’s a link. Can you click that?

    That link will help you contact the right team, and if the payment was flagged in error, they can fix it. If you don’t have that link, let us know.
