Add photo

    I would like to add a photo above the date and title of my blog post under the menu and header display. The photo would be the same photo I have as the featured photo on the Home page. When I first started to use this theme the photo option was there. The option is no longer available and I am not sure how to access to make the updates. Thank you for your time.
