add plugin

  Hi,
  was looking under the appearance tab on the menu but the plugin button is not there as in tutorial videos. How do I install a plugin like flip book?

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install individual plugins into them for security reasons. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
